On the road in historic Thüngersheim
Almost two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to meet with the mayor of Thüngersheim and an employee of the municipality to have initial discussions about my project.
During my appointment at the municipality, I had the opportunity to discuss initial ideas for my project with the mayor. I was also able to look through a large amount of archive material and was given permission to use the historical photos as a template for my photo project.
I was also given the contact details of two other places in the village to find out more about the history of the small wine village and to research additional historical photographs. An exhibition in the Thüngersheim Weinkulturgaden is also already being planned.
So things are moving forward! I am very pleased about the cooperation with the municipality and that my project has met with so much interest. I will keep you up to date and hope to be able to start the photographic realization soon.
