Control room, outdoor area and other work
Documentation of the control room, buildings and objects in the outdoor area as well as other work that arises during the post-operation and dismantling of the KKG.
In the control room, which is of course still staffed, no elements have been or will be dismantled. However, some levers and buttons have already been taken out of service and sealed.
In the outside area of the Grafenrheinfeld nuclear power plant, on the other hand, a little more is happening. In some places, new pipes are being installed, the last Castor is being transferred in and out via the feed in the reactor building, or completely new buildings are being erected for special dismantling purposes. Little of this is visible from the outside - but a lot is happening.
Other important work is also taking place outside the known buildings. There is welding, sawing, repairs and much more. The power plant also has its own company fire department, which is always on site and ready for action.
Let's get started together!
