There is no simple answer to this question. My aim is to create an individual and best possible offer for each of my customers. The best thing would be for you to simply contact me without any obligation. In a personal meeting, we can discuss our collaboration in advance and clarify the scope of your wishes.

Depending on the intended use of the photos, we will specify various rights of use in the offer. If you later discover that additional usage rights are required, this is not a problem. We can talk again and discuss everything in peace. Together we will find a solution with a fair offer for both sides. You will find all further details in my general terms and conditions.

It is possible to clarify the desired number of final photos in advance to ensure that you receive the required quantity. The resolution of the photos is determined according to the rights of use purchased. Photos with usage rights for print have a higher resolution compared to those purchased for online use only. I will be happy to take your preferences into account in order to provide you with an optimal offer.

Once we have discussed your individual requirements, I can tell you how long the project will take. This can range from a few hours to several days. It is also possible for me to provide long-term support, whether this involves consecutive days or longer intervals between individual appointments.

You can download the photos conveniently via a download link from my own server. I will leave the link online for a longer period of time so that you can access it flexibly. Forwarding the link is also possible, but it would be useful to discuss this briefly in advance in a personal meeting.

I strive to process and complete your order as quickly and professionally as possible. The turnaround time varies depending on the scope of the project and therefore cannot be fixed across the board. As a rule, however, the results are available promptly. I will be happy to provide you with a rough estimate of the processing time as soon as I have a better idea of the exact size of your project.

As a rule, invoices are only issued after my work has been completed. You will receive the invoice conveniently by e-mail in PDF format. If individual agreements are desired, we can easily clarify these in advance.

You can provide me with some information in advance to facilitate our initial communication. This includes, for example:

• Are there specific employees who are to be photographed?
• For what purposes should the photos be used - social media, website, print, press purposes, etc.?
• Do you want free and unrestricted use of the photos, or are you aiming to acquire the exclusive right of use?
• If the photos are to be used for magazines, newspapers, etc., is there any information on circulation?
• How and when can I best contact you?
